About

The real-estate sector has silently been a part of the innovating landscape for the last few years. Starting with co-working and co-living, and the newest addition to the trend is PropTech.

While still in nascent stages, PropTech is an upcoming development in the real-estate industry. It is rooted in the exploration and adoption of technology to innovate and cater to new consumption patterns. In its simplest definition, PropTech is about offering technologically innovative products or new business models for the real-estate markets.

The early stages of PropTech can be traced as early as 2014, but PropTech has recently started picking up pace with fundraising having touched  $18 billion in 2018.

On April 21, 2010, at the Trench Talk Tuesday, catch industry experts and investors sharing their perspectives on the emergence of PropTech as a strong investible sector?
