YourStory’s annual two-day conference provides the inspiration that moves people to action via provocative conversations, compelling storytelling and onstage pledges to advance change. Through a series of key initiatives at the Women on a Mission conference, we will recognise the champions of change and feature the most defining conversations on inspiring, attracting, retaining and enabling more women in the workforce.
We will also honour women leaders from different fields who are instrumental in making a positive difference in the world we live in today.

The Women on a Mission Awards, finalised through a nomination process, aims to recognise the outstanding contribution of women leaders who are transforming their respective fields and inspiring the next generation of women leaders.
HerStory’s curated list of 100 Women Leaders to Watch for features women who are carving a niche for themselves in different fields and are poised to be the among the most influential leaders and changemakers of tomorrow.
The list features a diverse base of women from the ages of 18 to 50, who have established a niche for themselves. Some of these women are known in their circles, but most are yet to reach the public eye.
