What are the Amazon AI Awards and what do they aim to do?
The Amazon AI Awards are an initiative from Amazon India (AISPL). The Awards seek to recognise the best and most innovative work in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and deploying business solutions across education, healthcare, retail & e-commerce, media & entertainment, enterprise, financial services, analytics and Indian language solutions. The Amazon AI Awards are being held for the second time in 2018.
Who can enter the AI Awards?
Any company that offers B2C and B2B solutions using AI, and also leverages one or more services from Amazon Web Services (AWS) for their generally available AI-based solutions. Companies who are in the process of starting to engage a service from AWS and do so by 3 December 2018 are also eligible.

How do I enter the Awards?
To enter your app/solution for the Awards, ensure that you have answered all the mandatory questions. You are also encouraged to answer all non-mandatory questions as this will help the jury in the judging process.
How many Award entries can I submit?
You can review the list of Awards
here and decide which categories your solution is eligible for. The Award titles are self-explanatory. However, if you feel that your solution is eligible for more than one category, then go ahead and apply for both.
When is the entry deadline?
Applications closed on 20 November 2019.
Is there an entry fee?
No, there is no entry fee for the Amazon AI Awards 2019.
Will I be sent an acknowledgement and/or receipt for my entry?
Yes, you will be sent an acknowledgement by email that your entry has been received and is being considered by the jury.
What supporting materials are allowed?
All details need to be filled into the application form itself. There is no option to upload additional files. Should the jury feel the need to explore further, you will hear from us on email or phone for additional information.
When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced at a grand finale in Bengaluru on 19th December 2019.
How do I attend the Awards Ceremony?
All shortlisted applications will receive an invitation to the Awards Ceremony to be held in Bengaluru on 19th December 2019 in advance.
