A flagship event of the Women in Management Club (WIM) at IIM Bangalore is the Women Leadership Summit. Eminent leaders from technology, administrative and business spheres are part of the summit. Dr. Tessy Thomas and Dr. Kiran Bedi will be coming as chief guest and guest of honor respectively. There will be keynote addresses on the theme "Leading and inspiring change". The summit will also have a workshop on " Developing an entrepreneurial mindset" and a panel discussion on Sustaining efforts after a breakthrough. Both men and women within and outside IIM B community are welcome to participate in the event because together we can make a difference!
