The Human Capital Summit is Arthan’s annual event which attracts industry leaders, practitioners, philanthropists, and aspirants from the Social Impact Sector in India. In December 2019, Arthan’s conference is bringing together job seekers, employers, investors, and those seeking to know more about India’s social impact space to share ideas and insights and build a deeper understanding to answer crucial questions. Through a curated series of discussions and dialogues, the conference aims to highlight human capital challenges faced by social impact organisations in India, and promote conversations, solutions, and collaborations. Along with this, the aim is to also further the impact by creating employment opportunities, getting funders to meet organisations to fund and spreading awareness about the various possibilities that exist in the social impact sector.
