Entrepreneurship Cell at IMT Ghaziabad has proudly taken up the responsibility of fostering entrepreneurship amongst students and the Indian business diaspora. It is one of the renowned E-Cells of the country, and makes sure no stone is left unturned in the journey of an idea, from its conceptualization till its implementation.
In a year that saw a lot many things coming to a standstill with a worldwide pandemic, what did not stop was imagination and inspiration of our team to encourage entrepreneurship even in the toughest times. In the current year, we already have hosted 400+ participants, 250+ ideas have been pitched and 150 ideas have been worked upon. We have had 75+ mentors and judges who have been constantly guiding the budding entrepreneurs.
Keeping their belief in mind, that hard work and persistence are crucial drivers of success and that no idea is crazy enough, E-Cell IMT Ghaziabad is coming up with Entrepreneurship Conclave from 12th to 14th March, 2021.
E-Conclave, the flagship event of E-Cell, IMT Ghaziabad is back. Garnering all the entrepreneurial talent from top B-Schools under one roof, E-Conclave covers a gamut of events like Jumpstart (Tata Steel Education Program), Case Study competition in association with Nokia Smartphones, Leadership Talk, Panel Discussions, and much more.
The Boardroom is a set of power packed Panel Discussions with panelists from various renowned companies like PayTM, Antler, Oxford University Press, Country Delight, Dukes India, etc! The discussions will touch topics ranging from how to tap India’s rural potential to how startups can make way for getting to a 5 trillion economy.
The Big Talk is a leadership talk that will see dignitaries from Economic Division, Department of Economic Affairs and Director of Antler, Rahul Seth, a renowned industrialist sharing their experiences and insights on the recent economic and entrepreneurial developments Case Niti is a case study competition, in association with Nokia Mobiles and HMD Global, that aims to test the acumen to brainstorm, innovate and deliver. This competition will help the students solve real-life problems.
Jumpstart, in association with Tata Excellence Education Program and Talerang, is a workshop and case study competition for students of classes 8th to 12th focused on boosting entrepreneurial skills and design thinking in the students. The top performers win a chance to win scholarships worth INR 1 Lakh.
Unlearn is a series of interactive workshops that help students learn and apply new and innovative concepts. The event has a workshop on cryptocurrency followed by a crypto trading competition to give the participants a chance to test their learning. Another workshop for budding entrepreneurs helps the audience gain insights on how to take startups from zero to one!
Pitch Please is an event that revolves around building a business from scratch from just a small everyday item thus aiming to encourage the innovation skills in young entrepreneurs.
The event Goal Diggers is a treasure hunt that aims to bring out the Sherlock Holmes in you. The hunt will feel like a roller coaster ride and will keep you hooked onto what’s coming next!
