The annual Wharton India Economic Forum (WIEF) is back with its 26th edition, in an all virtual avatar. One of the largest and most prestigious India-centric business conferences, WIEF 2022 brings together CXOs, VCs, politicians, business leaders, veterans from the field of sports and entertainment, academics, and influencers from around the world to share their insights, through various virtual sessions, exploring this year’s theme - Transforming India Inc: For India and Beyond.
Spread over two days, the conference will see power-packed and thought provoking conversations via various panel discussions, fireside chats, networking sessions and more. The conference will also host the annual Wharton India Startup Challenge (WISC). Aimed at helping early stage Indian startups get mentorship and visibility from prominent Indian VCs, the top 10 teams of WISC will pitch to a panel of Indian VCs and entrepreneurs for a total prize money of $20,000 on day two, i.e., January 8, 2022.
